Refund Policy – KXJCustoms

At KXJCustoms, we take pride in delivering high-quality detailing and paint correction services. Due to the nature of our work, we have the following refund policy in place.

 

Services (Detailing, Paint Correction, Ceramic Coating)

 

  • Due to the nature of our services, completed work is non-refundable. Customer satisfaction is important to us if you’re unhappy with any part of the service, please contact KXJ Customs as soon as possible so we have the opportunity to inspect and resolve the concern.

    By booking a service, you acknowledge that results may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle (e.g. paint damage, previous repairs, deep scratches, clear coat failure).
  • We do not guarantee the complete removal of all defects, but we always aim for the best possible outcome.

Deposits & Bookings

 

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.
  • Deposits cover time allocation and preparation for your vehicle.
  • If you need to reschedule, we require at least 24–48 hours notice.
    • With sufficient notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new booking date.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit 
 

Customer Satisfaction

 

 

 

  • If you are not satisfied with the service, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion.
  • We will offer a free inspection and, if necessary, a correction of any missed areas.
  • All services provided by KXJ Customs are considered final once completed. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, you must notify us within 48 hours and allow us the opportunity to inspect and resolve the issue before any refund, partial refund, or compensation will be considered.

Paint & Surface Risks

 

 

KXJCustoms is not liable for:

    • Pre-existing damage (e.g. peeling clear coat, stone chips, deep scratches)
    • Damage caused by prior poor repairs or resprays
    • Areas where paint is already compromised or thin 

Products (If Applicable)


  • Any physical products sold must be returned unused and in original condition within 7 days for a refund or exchange.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
